i am from tirunelveli , tamil nadu i am studying in a school named rosemary pubic school my school has been reopened before the end summer holidays for 10th and 12th std in the hot summer so to whom i can complain

Steps to file an online complaint:

1. Visit the TN IIPGCMS website (cmhelpline.tnega.org) or use the mobile app.
2. Click “File a grievance” to open the online complaint form.
3. Login/Register yourself:

• If you’re a new user, sign up with your name and mobile number (OTP verification required).

4. After successfully logging in, fill in the form with the following details:
