How can file online against to a boy who said to marry me and now he ignore

This is a personal matter but you can file a complaint against this individual through the CCTNS citizen portal of your state police (in case of abuse or harassment).
If you have experienced any form of physical or mental harassment from this person, you can also reach out to the National Commission for Women.
