Bus driver rudeness complaint

We(4) are raveling from Bangalore to Chennai on 10th June 2025 by TN57CB5969 Bus. Driver talking very rudely. They asked for extra amount for our box. But I talked with their supervisor they didn’t even mentioned in ticket or booking time also. But they suddenly asked extra money. Then they finally decided that “No need to pay anything”, But driver still asking for money. If I trying to reach out them. Company also didn’t responded properly.
