If the bus is operated by the Telangana Roadways, please register your complaint about misbehaviour of bus driver to the Divisional Manager or depot manager of the Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TSRTC) by calling on the provided helpline number or lodging a complaint online.
For other buses, contact respective bus operators by their provided phone numbers of the ticket or their website.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received on the bus journey from Hyderabad MGBS to Kaleshwaram on February 15th. My ticket number was 104249895.
The bus, service number 8457, vehicle number TS25Z0034, was delayed by 30 minutes in its departure from MGBS. Furthermore, the driver, M. Suresh , exhibited unprofessional behavior, including the use of offensive language during passenger drop-off.
I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action.
