Arrogant behaviour and disspectful manner using bad words with passenger

My name is Gayathri, and I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding the misbehavior of the bus conductor during my travel on July 21, 2025, from Zaheerabad to Hyderabad.

The bus details are as follows:

  • Bus No: TS15UD8833
  • Conductor ID (CND): 801044
  • Driver ID (DRV): Z19369
  • Waybill No: 19302690
  • ETIM No: T024400033

While purchasing the ticket, the conductor spoke rudely and in an extremely disrespectful manner. Without even confirming how many tickets I needed, she made unnecessary and aggressive comments. I offered to pay via UPI due to lack of change, but she refused to accept the payment and used offensive language. Moreover, she made hurtful remarks about my family and ended the conversation using vulgar words like “waste mokam dhana” and other abusive language.

This behavior was deeply insulting, and I felt humiliated in front of other passengers. No passenger should be subjected to such treatment.

I kindly request you to take appropriate action against the concerned staff to ensure that no other passenger has to go through a similar experience in the future.
