Complaint Regarding Misbehavior by Bus Conductor on Bus No. AP 29Z 3303

Dear TSRTC Team,

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the rude behavior of a conductor on your bus (No. AP 29Z 3303), which was traveling towards Jagat girigutta via Ameerpet Satyam Theatre Road. The incident occurred on 18/03/2025, between 1:50 PM and 2:00 PM, near the Satyam theater Y- Junction.

I was waiting at the Satyam Theatre, Ameerpet Y Junction bus stand, which is shown as a halt point on Google Maps. However, the bus did not stop at the designated halt, and I had to board the moving bus when it slowed down. Unfortunately, I almost fell while getting in, but managed to step inside.

Upon entering, I calmly asked the conductor if there was a halt at that stop. He replied that the stop had been removed. I accepted this information and proceeded to inform him that I wanted a ticket to Rahmat Nagar. At this point, the conductor rudely told me that the bus did not go to Rahmat Nagar and was headed towards Jagat girigutta. Even when I politely requested a ticket to Maitri vanam instead, he ignored my request and disrespectfully told me to get down by saying “Arey digura” in front of all the passengers.

This behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. As a responsible commuter and a professional working as a manager in an MNC, I felt humiliated by such treatment. No passenger deserves to be spoken to in such a demeaning manner, regardless of their profession or background.

I kindly request that appropriate action be taken against the conductor for his behavior, and I expect a formal apology from him. If this matter is not addressed, I will be compelled to escalate the issue through legal channels.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
