Complaint Regarding Misbehaviour By Conductor

An unpleasant incident that happened today while I was traveling in Bus No: AP31Z 0539.

As per the government scheme, bus travel for women is free in metro services. Usually, even my ordinary bus pass is considered valid, and when asked, I show my Aadhaar as proof. Today, however, the conductor demanded an extra ₹10 despite me showing my valid pass. When I then showed my Aadhaar, instead of responding politely, he threw my bus pass back at me and spoke in a very rude and harsh manner, raising his voice unnecessarily.

This behavior was extremely disrespectful and caused me great inconvenience. As a regular passenger, I believe staff should treat commuters with basic courtesy.

I kindly request you to take appropriate action against the said conductor and ensure such behavior is not repeated in the future.
