As a working woman in another state i usually travel at midnight with the same bus called 5709 Madanapalli to Chennai but today I literally experienced a arrogant behaviour of the bus driver as I’m from a town where I can’t book a ticket from exact location so i booked my previous location and informed the depot to Stop in my location as a alone traveler it is easy to catch it there. Regularly the bus will arrive after 12 AM every time I board into that but but today the driver arrived fastly and the bus has crossed in front of me as i was 500 mts away to reach my location and driver called me and started speaking with a rudr behaviour as how long we need to wait for you and mentioned don’t do this again and told you have to wait for the bus not bus will wait for you. Here i can’t understand i appreciate apsrtc for providing the tracking details but there is no use of that we can’t track the exact location of the bus and we don’t know the exact timing of the bus to wait. Due to this issue we are facing may issues to track the location progress. If the location as crossed also in tracking it will not be mentioned.
