Ticket collector and the driver of Bus no-AP03Z5513 not responding,not giving balance amount properly

I am from chennai and my name is V.JAYAKUMAR. on 20.05.2025 I went to tirumala for darshan with my 2 childs aged 9 &7 and ready to go back chennai’

On 21-05-2025 at 2.30 AM ticket counter has opened at tirumala depot,i went to take ticket for 3.00 clock bus, But in the counter ticket collector told me to sit in bus,the conductor will give ticket in the bus itself,I seated in the bus for 15 minutes ,then the conductor told us to take ticket in the counter,i went to counter,before me there was 6 members standing,5 members took the ticket…when i near to take ticket,again the a conductor came and the ticket collector together told to sit in the bus, in the bus only 3 seats available,but the conductor offered the ticket to another family who came after me,Me and my 2 childrens got much worried for that issue.

Also check the Reservation lists,you came to know the situations…

Then we took a 3.30.AM bus ticket and travelled with lots of worries ..i believe the Andhra pradesh Government will take severe action on both the ticket collector and the driver of Bus Number AP03Z5513.so i request you to take actions them..

NOTE:TICKET BALANCE ARE ALSO NOT PROPERLY GIVEN BY THE TICKET COLLECTOR IN THE COUNTER

To report the mismanagement and distress caused at Tirumala depot on 21-05-2025 by the conductor and ticket staff of Bus No. AP03Z5513, you can file a formal complaint with APSRTC by calling 08662570005 or emailing customerservice@apsrtconline.in. Mention the bus number, incident time, and include details about denied boarding and improper balance handling. If no action is taken, escalate through the AP Transport Commissioner’s office.
