The RTC bus no: Ap11Z7572 (which travels from balajinagar to secundrabad station [24B]) the bus conductor taking more fare by attaching before stop instead of current bus stop. I faced more then 2 times so far

We understand your frustration with this issue. To raise your complaint about APSRTC bus no. AP11Z7572 charging excess fare by boarding before the designated stop, please contact APSRTC Customer Care at 08662570005 (8AM–8PM) or email customercare@apsrtconline.in with bus number, boarding/alighting points, date, time, and conductor badge number. Alternatively, submit feedback via APSRTC portal or visit your nearest APSRTC division office.
If unresolved, escalate to the Regional Manager, Hyderabad Region and file a grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000)
