When i was travelling on 10th August 2025 in 9X/272 bus at 1.10pm time from afzalgunj. When I showed my son’s adhar to verify his age (10) conductor was saying adhar is all fraud and he believes that the details mentioned in adhar are completely wrong in his view.
He was very rude and yelling on us and also warmed that he will stop the bus and throw us out of the bus. Asked him just to co firm at what age is the ticket will be full he asked my son and said it is full. Not only this in his language also said wrong words( why these ladies cant sit at home they come out and create all nuisance.) . I am a person who never wanted to argue with any one. I dnt know and i am not sure even my complaint goes to any extent or not or it is just for my personal satisfaction .
I just wanted conductors or drivers to be atleast not misbehaving with women. Why still men blame us raise when we come out.

To lodge your complaint about the misbehavior and rude conduct by the conductor on bus TG09Z0334 (9X/272) on 10th Aug 2025, contact TSRTC customer care at +914069440000 / 04023450033 or email online.support@tsrtcbus.in, providing bus number, route, time, and incident details along with attached evidence. You can also submit a grievance on the Telangana Transport Department portal. Escalate to the Depot Manager if no action is taken.
