TILL TODAY IHV NOT GOT MY REFUND INSPITE IF PROVIDING ALL THE PAYMENT PROOF ,TRX DETAILS. EVERY TIME U CALL CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY REGISTER MY COMPLAIN ASK TO WAIT FR 2 TO 3 DAYS BUT NO SOLUTION. SHOCKING A STANDARD EMAIL SENT THAT IT RESOLVED WITHOUT ANY SPECIFIC REPLY. TILL TODAY I AM STRUGGLING TO GET MY REFUND. I Appeal TO ALL MEMBERS TO STOP ORDERING FR JIO. AND HEPL ME TO GET MY REFUND.

Please escalate your complaint by calling the helpline number 18008901222 or emailing Jio customer support at care@jio.com with your order ID, payment details, and mention the issue hasn’t been resolved despite multiple calls.

If there’s still no response, file a complaint at the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) for prompt intervention.
