If you were asked by the RSRTC conductor to pay for a ticket even after showing your admit card and Aadhar card, you should file a formal complaint with the Divisional Manager or Bus Depot Manager of the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation (RSRTC).

You can call at 01412373044 / 9549456745 or email helpdesk.rsrtc@rajasthan.gov.in to report this incident to the officials.

Steps to file an online complaint:

• Visit the official RSRTC website (transport.rajasthan.gov.in) .
• Navigate to ‘Feedback/Grievance ’ or ‘facilities’ section from the menu.
• Open the online complaint form
• Fill in the required information such as your name, contact details, bus number, ticket ID (PNR), route, conductor/driver name (if required), and a detailed description of your complaint.
• After submission, you should receive a confirmation message or email with a reference number for your complaint.
