Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit the official RSRTC website (transport.rajasthan.gov.in).
- Navigate to ‘Feedback/Grievance’ or ‘facilities’ section from the menu.
- Open the online complaint form
- Fill in the required information such as your name, contact details, bus number, ticket ID (PNR), route, conductor/driver name (if required), and a detailed description of your complaint.
- After submission, you should receive a confirmation message or email with a reference number for your complaint.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also use the mobile app to make your complaint or access online ticket booking services.
If your complaints are not resolved, contact the manager of bus depot or the Depot-Chief Manager using the phone number and email from the contact page of telephone directory section of the Rajasthan Roadways’ website.
Escalation to Head Office:
If your issue is not resolved satisfactorily by control room, bus depot, or divisional managers, you can escalate it to the Managing Director and Nodal Officer at corporate office.
