As per you concern, you have recent experience with RSRTC bus number RJ23PB5538, where the conductor’s behavior was rude, and the bus did not stop at an authorized bus stop despite having available seats. Additionally, you’ve faced difficulties with the RSRTC complaint number not functioning.

We can not guarantee the working phone number of the RSTC. As it is the service of Rajasthan State Transport, so you can lodge an online public grievance to the department through the Rajasthan Sampark portl.

• Visit the official RSRTC website (transport.rajasthan.gov.in).
• Navigate to ‘Feedback/Grievance’ or ‘facilities’ section from the menu.
• Open the online complaint form
• Fill in the required information such as your name, contact details, bus number, ticket ID (PNR), route, conductor/driver name (if required), and a detailed description of your complaint.
• After submission, you should receive a confirmation message or email with a reference number for your complaint.

If still not resolved, you can escalate the grievance to head manager.
