Complaint regarding TSRTC Bus No. TS07UJ5599 not stopping at Rajapur

I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident involving TSRTC bus number TS07UJ5599, which failed to stop at Rajapur village, Rajapur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District on 26th June 2025 at approximately 8:30 AM.

I was waiting at the regular bus stop in Rajapur, as I usually do, but the driver did not halt the bus despite being signaled. This caused great inconvenience as I missed an important appointment and had to make alternate travel arrangements.

Kindly take necessary action against the concerned staff to ensure such negligence is not repeated. Public transport is a crucial service in rural areas, and such incidents affect the daily lives of many villagers who rely on TSRTC buses.

I hope appropriate steps will be taken to investigate this matter and instruct the driver to follow proper stopping procedures at all scheduled stops.

Simultaneously, lodge your grievance online on the TSRTC portal or call their helpline at +914069440000 / 04023450033.

If no response within 14 days, escalate to the Telangana State Transport Commissioner’s office or file a service-deficiency complaint with the District Consumer Forum.
