Steps to File a Complaint Online:
- Visit the Haryana Roadways official website (hartrans.gov.in).
- Click the ‘Support’ from the menu section:
- Click ‘Grievance’ to open the online complaint from the available services.
- Fill out all necessary details regarding the complaint, including bus route, date, bus number, PNR, time, and nature of the complaint.
- Review the information and submit the complaint.
