Complaining regarding miss behave of driver

I was travelling from Kurukshetra to Rewari .
Bus no :HR63E0270.
I asked from the conductor …
Will the bus stop at Rohtak bus stand for 5 minutes .
He said yes it will stay for 10 minutes ..
I left my luggage at the bus at my seat ..
But the bus driver left us without informing us in 4-5 minutes ..
And also miss behave with a lady passenger (me)
