My complain is Surat to bhuj route conductor

Respected sir I will booking my tickets date 30/08/2025 BARODA to BHUJ in bus surat to bhuj my PNR NO. G211264835 my bus times in Baroda 09.40pm arrival in Baroda but this day bus is late and i will stay there but bus coming late and not pick me so i will call conducter Mr. Rathod but he is not respond and not good behavior. and this day woth my son and i will this knight in stay Baroda bus station. So This not good. JAY HIND

You can also raise a written grievance on the GSRTC online portal under “Passenger Complaints.” If the issue remains unresolved, escalate to the Regional Manager, GSRTC Vadodara Division for refund/disciplinary action.
