Today on 3rd June, I boarded on GSRTC bus no. GJ 18 Z 9733 sheduled at 21.45 from Gandhinagar. Route Visnagar to Valsad. Conductor asked for M Ticket. I showed him last message received from GSRTC but he told to show original booking message for which I told him to wait for a while as I have to search from my mobile. But suddenly he became angry on me and lifted his hand with an intent to slap me. He spoke words that " chhani mani bes" " message batav" " tara jetly to ketliy joi" . " tare jya complain karvi hoy tya kar". All these words/language was an insult and theat to a male Senior Citizen of 66 years.
If GSRTC does not initiate any action against him,he will be more strong showing his muscle powers to travelling passengers who will avoid journey through GSRTC. Hope justice be given to my complaint.
