My worst experience from GSRTC bus service

Today I had a bad experience with the Surat- vijapur bus service lady conductor. she is not allowing to sitting another person on side the conductor sit ( sitting no. 54) and the bus was full. she told me this sitting is only for my bag. my mother sitting on this sit but lady conductor not allowing to sitting on this sit and she told me I’m not comfortable sitting in one sit. My mother is 58 years old. so this type of attitude not accepting from lady conductor. this is my worst experience from GSRTC bus service. I request you please take positive action against lady conductor.
