Further, you can contact the divisional offices or bus depot manager by using the contact numbers provided on the contact page of the GSRTC website.

To address your concern about not receiving the booking sheet even after successful ticket booking, please follow these steps:
- Check your registered email or SMS for the booking details.
- Log in to the GSRTC portal/app, navigate to “My Bookings,” and download the booking sheet.
If you still don’t receive it, contact GSRTC Customer Care at 1800233666666 with your booking reference number. They’ll assist you further.

I had booked a ticket whose passenger number is G207999191 and the bus number is GJ-18-Z-8978 which was a booking from Baroda to Modasa and the bus has left without informing us and no one is answering at Baroda bus stand please help me and no one is picking up the phone

If unresolved, file a grievance on the GSRTC Passenger Grievance portal or escalate to the RTO/Consumer Forum. If still need help, reply to us.
