Passengers more then limit in the bus “Gandhinagar Mandvi”

I am travelling in a GSRTC bus and driver allows more passengers even there is no space in the bus, And when we complain about it.He use rubbish language to me and said that”Jo karna hai kar”. I have booked 2 tickets online and he is not allowing my sister to sit on the another sit just because he has taken money from that passenger and he allows him to sit on my sisters seat. So this is how system runs? And what about saftey of others ?

If not resolved, you can odge a public grievance online to the Appellate Officer for Department of Transport through “Samadhan CMO Gujarat- Public Grievance Redressal System” portal of the government of Gujarat.
