Complaint about bus service

I am citizen of mandi gobindgarh District Fatehgarh Sahib
I have complaint about bus service even there are 12 15 other people who also waiting from last 20 30 mints there are only 4 females who are taking benefits of addhar card but others are paying money when they don’t stop bus they all males prefer haryana roadways bus to travel it’s not first time that they do it if they don’t want to stop there bus then why they drive bus from mandi gobindgarh

Many off time they don’t stop there bus it’s really bad bus service
