I want to complaint about a punjab roadways bus the number of the bus is PB65BB5346 .the route of the bus is from chandigarh to ludhiana .from last 2-3 days we faced a lot of problems. the route of the bus is that it go between morinda.but the conductor daily said that the bus will not go inbetween morinda ! Daily the conductor get off all the passengers from the bus who are from morinda.its really a harrassing moment for us . Daily daily we can’t tolerate .that’s why after thinking alot I and my friend think to complaint about this .

To address the conductor’s refusal to pick up passengers from Morinda on bus PB65BB5346 (Chandigarh–Ludhiana), note the date, time and conductor’s name. Then contact Punjab Roadways customer care at 01141187700 or call the Ludhiana depot at 01612447015 to register your complaint.
