Poor punjab roadways bus service and misbehaviour with passengers at jalandhar bus station

The bus number PB06BC0198
Timing 4:00 p.m was going from jalandhar bus station to Batala
When passeneges start sitting into it,the driver of bus and some men alongwith him,start asking all the passengers to get out of it,and asking them to go and sit in private bus as this bus will go after 1 hour ,but its timing was 4:05 p.m .
Then all passengers came out and only those who came from chandigarh was allowed to sit,rest all were removed with misbehave.
After that private bus came and passengers sat into it. After 5 minutes this bus get ready to go and they didn’t opened the front gate and crowded all the passengers into behind gate .
They were very rude and misbehaved with passengers and allowed seats only to their known ones.
There is already very bad bus service from Jalandhar to batala,we didn’t get much buses and those which were going ,they were always misbehaving.dont allow specially ladies to GET INTO THE BUS. Very poor service ,very disheartened.
