regarding my excess payment of Rs. 5340/- paid on 11/09/2025 by technical error I have paid twice, same will be refund at immediate effect

hello sir/madam,
I am P R PRABHU, ADVOCATE, My personal loan number A/C is 145630141, that on I have missed my EMI PAYMENT ON 5th of every month since my illness, but I have paid and cleared the whatever amount that is Rs. 5340/- including bounce charges etc., that on technical error on 11/09/2025 failed for first time again I have paid the same amount both are successful in second time, that on the same dame I have informed the same to the IDFC Bank but they were not react upon properly and further I think that same may be adjust to the month of October 2025 but it is not done by the bank instead of again they were credited the EMI AMOUNT OF 4396/- regularly, now my question is what about my amount paid excess amount of Rs. 5340/- through google PAY, is not resolved yet even after completion of one month, but I am not getting a perfect solution from the said bank, hence this complaint, kindly resolve the issue at earliest, and refund the same amount of Rs. 5340/- at earliest, thanking you with warm regards from.

If no resolution is provided within 7 working days, escalate the issue through the RBI CMS portal: cms.rbi.org.in
