As per your description, you’ve filed a complaint about stalls near Sector 132, ACE Capital Company, Gate 3 and haven’t received a response from the Noida Authority. If you have not yet approached the authority, file your complaint with the public grievance cell of the NOIDA Authority by calling at the citizen helpline number +911202425025 or 18001808695.
You can also file your complaint online through the online citizen complaint portal of Noida Authority (noidaforcitizens.com). While raising your concerns, please provide:
- Document the Removal: Take pictures or videos of the removed stalls and the surrounding area.
- Reference Number: If you have already filed a complaint to the authority, provide it. If you contact them via phone, provide a log of the date and time of your call and any relevant information you shared (if any).
- Location: Provide the exact location of the encroachment.
