I have tried all options alredy raised complaint through CM portal already contacted local supervisor however they just twist the entire complaint and issue remains unresolved
please advise

Dear @aroratarun1973 ,

Thank you for your update. Since you’ve already raised a complaint through the CM portal and contacted local supervisors, it’s important to note that:

  1. CM Helpline Response Time: It typically takes 30 days for the helpline to respond. If no action is taken within this period, the complaint is automatically escalated to a higher authority for resolution.
  2. Patience with Government Processes: Government-related grievances often take time due to procedural requirements.
  3. Follow Up Regularly: Keep tracking your complaint status on the portal and maintain a record of all communications.

If no resolution is provided after escalation, you may consider approaching a consumer court for further action. Let us know if you need help drafting a follow-up or escalation letter.
