Rude behaviour of Travels driver and uses bad words with the passenger

I want to raise a complaint on my journey yesterday 12th October 2024.

My son(of 11 years old) and I travelled on KMS bus from Bangalore to Salem. After 2 hours of travel my son got pressure for urination. I asked the Bus assistant when will they stop for coffee as my son wanted to urinate. He said after one hour we get toll gate only then my son do so. I said he can’t hold for 1 hour and requested when possible to stop for seconds to allow him to urinate.

On listening this conversation the driver ordered me to speak to him. I told him as you are driving please concentrate on driving. He kept arguing and started shouting.

  1. Though I told him to concentrace on driving he kept arguing and shouting. He would hit the divider path and the bus got drifted. Somehow he managed to control the bus.
  2. He uses bad words against me. He ordered not to speak to the bus assistant but to him.
  3. Then he said that he should leave the front cabin and get inside passenger cabin only then he would allow my son to get down and urinate. A eleven year old boy how will get down on the middile of journey without and support? Driver didn;t allow me get down with my son. My son was in fear as there was no one around. Driver didn’t allow me step down instead he ordered me to get into bus only then he down he would stop and allow my son to urinate.
  4. At one point in the arguing when the bus stopped he came and almost banging. I narrowly escaped from his hit on me.
  5. Driver asked me to leave the bus.
  6. I was wearing dhoti, the tradional dress. He said he gets irritated on seeing me and asked me to get into the passenger cabin. Doesn’t the driver taught about discrimination?
  7. Does bus service run Gundas as driver?
  8. What rights does the driver have to ask the passenger to the bus?
  9. It’s threatening to travel in the bus with this Gunda driver.
