To lodge your complaint about the setback deviations of the building under construction encroaching your adjacent property and creating a security risk, contact the Municipal Building Department’s Enforcement Wing or submit your grievance online to your municipal corporation. Request an immediate site inspection for violations under the national Building Code. You may also visit the Enforcement Wing office at your local Civic Centre in person.
If unresolved, escalate to the State Urban Development Authority or file a formal grievance with the jurisdictional consumer forum.
