I think you’ve been targeted by a cyber fraud. This is a serious concern, instantly file a complaint to cyber police. To do this, follow these instructions.

DO NOT pay any money through UPI using your PIN. This is a scam where scammers say to click the link and they will deposit some amount in your account.
