Hi, I am leaving overseas, My house is closed, but since last couple of months, someone use my house compound illegal, Contractor use my compound without any written consent for repairing to B/25 house, after that yesterday 17/10/25 on 11.30 am, Mr. Soni person try to steal electricity from my torrent electricity meter, fortunately my Neighbour b/73 come to know so he calls me and i talked to person Mr. Soni asked couple of question then he replied that Ritesh who living at b/25 under his instruction he is trying to do this task. I called contractor Bharatbhai, who is build the house of B/25 and his owner is used my house B/24 compound without any written consent, or inform me. i already told them please empty my house premises, but still their stuff situated in my compound and they damaged my compound, gate.
please help me out this situation. i am right now overseas.

Since you’re overseas and facing unauthorized use and damage to your B/24 property by the B/25 contractor and others, file a written police complaint via email or through a local representative. Include dates, names (Mr. Soni, Ritesh, Bharatbhai), and your neighbor’s witness (B/73). You can also alert Torrent Power about the electricity theft attempt. If no action is taken, escalate through the local municipal body and file a complaint with the consumer grievance portal.
