Steps to File a Complaint Online:
- Visit Torrent Power’s consumer portal (torrentpower.com) or use their mobile app.
- Select your city
- Login to your customer account
- Enter your account details to log in.
- Navigate to the complaint registration section.
- Provide necessary information and submit your complaint.
Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status. You can also lodge your complaint without logging in by using the “Raise your Voice” or “Get a callback” option.
Escalation to Consumer Forum (CGRF):
If your previously lodged complaints are not resolved by the customer service center or sub-divisional offices to your satisfaction, escalate it to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of Torrent Power Ltd.
