Where to file complaints about TPNODL (Northern Electricity Board)?

  • Fill out the online complaint form.
  • Include details such as TPNODL Connection number, type of complaint, and a detailed description.

  • Submit the form.

You can also lodge your electricity complaints through the Mobidyut portal of the electricity board. If not resolved, escalate it to Assistant Executive Engineer (AE) or Executive Engineer (EE) of the internal grievance cell at sub-divisional or divisional office of your region.
