To resolve the issue of the unconnected electric pole near your house, please submit a written request to the Junior Engineer or SDO at your nearest TPNODL office (Tata Power Northern Odisha Distribution Ltd). Mention the pole number (if visible) and attach a copy of your ID and address proof. You can also call TPNODL customer care at 1912 / 180034567181, email at customercare@tpnodl.com, or lodge a complaint online.

File an online complaint:

• Visit TPNODL’s customer portal of the Southern Odisha Electricity Board: https://www.tpnodl.com/
• Select “Customer Zone” from the menu
• Click on “Complaints” or “Consumer Portal”
• Login to your account or click “Contact & Support”
• Fill out the online complaint form.
• Include details such as TPNODL Connection number, type of complaint, and a detailed description.
• Attach relevant photos or documents, such as bill copies for billing-related issues.
• Submit the form.

You can also lodge your electricity complaints through the Mobidyut portal of the electricity board. If not resolved, escalate it to Assistant Executive Engineer (AE) or Executive Engineer (EE) of the internal grievance cell at sub-divisional or divisional office of your region.
