Electric cable connection for near by my house

I am nirmal Kumar jena from nischitakoili, Cuttack odisha I have one problem please solve this, near the my house there already one electric poll installed by government but they forget to connect cable to this electric poll .
We are bring electric power to my house before there have a long distance electric poll we are using this before 20 year but now this cable already damage,
I request to that please connect a new electric cable to near by electric poll this is now my house distance 10 miter but another electric poll distance is minimum 80 miter

That couse if you connect a new cable for this electric poll then our problem solve

To resolve the issue of the unconnected electric pole near your house, please submit a written request to the Junior Engineer or SDO at your nearest TPNODL office (Tata Power Northern Odisha Distribution Ltd). Mention the pole number (if visible) and attach a copy of your ID and address proof. You can also call TPNODL customer care at 1912 / 180034567181, email at customercare@tpnodl.com, or lodge a complaint online.
