To report the damaged pole to the Electricity Department of Puducherry (EDGOP), call the toll-free number 1912 / 18004251912 or email support-ped.py@gov.in. Additionally, file your complaint online by following these instructions:
If the officials have taken no action, you can use the CPGRAMS public grievance portal and lodge an online grievance to the department of electricity.
If no action has been taken even after lodging an online public grievance through the CPGRAMS portal then appeal to the higher authorities. For this, you have to login to the CPGRAMS portal and choose the first appeal to escalate the unresolved grievance to the higher appellate officer.
Don’t forget to provide the reference/acknowledgement number of the previous complaint submitted to the Electricity Department.
Sir, we submitted complain letter in sub station. They have dispatched to our Karikalampakkam electricity department. And they give dispatch no : 1085. It is Acknowledgement no or reference no. Letter already reached our electricity department.
