Further, you can escalate the unresolved complaints to the sub-divisional or divisional offices of your region. You can contact the respective designated Assistant Executive Engineer or Executive Engineer (EE) to raise your case.
Steps to file an online complaint:
- Visit TGSPDCL’s customer portal: tgsouthernpower.org
- From the “Customer Service” section of the menu, select online services or “No Power Complaint”.
- Click the ‘file a complaint’ option to open the online complaint form.
- Provide your connection number, type of complaint, and a detailed description with relevant documents or photos.
- Submit the form.
After successful submission, note down the reference or ticket ID to track the status or further escalation, if necessary.
Escalation to Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum:
If unresolved within 60 days, escalate your grievance to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF). You can download the grievance form from TGSPDCL’s website or lodge an online grievance by filling it out and submitting the form with supporting documents and receipts for any deposits.

Approaching Electricity Ombudsman
If the CGRF does not resolve your grievances within 45 days or if you’re dissatisfied with their resolution, appeal to the Electricity Ombudsman of Telangana. Submit your appeal within 30 days of the CGRF’s final decision with all supporting documents and acknowledgement of receipt of the unresolved complaint.
Note: Remember, there’s no charge for appealing to the Electricity Ombudsman, and assistance from the Consumer Advocacy Cell from TSERC is available if needed.
If the final order is still unsatisfactory, you may approach the High Court of Telangana or the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (for commercials or licensee disputes).
