File an Online Complaint:

  • Visit the APEPDCL website: https://www.apeasternpower.com/
  • From the “Customer” menu, select the “Complaint Related” option.

  • Enter the SCNO (Connection number) and submit it.
  • Within the complaint form, provide your Service/Connection Number, the nature of the complaint, the location of the incident (if applicable), and any supporting evidence like copies of bills or documents.
  • Submit the form.

Please note down the reference/ticket ID to track the status. If not resolved, you may escalate the complaint to the Internal Grievance Cell at your divisional or sub-divisional offices of APEPDCL.
