File an Online Complaint:
- Visit the APEPDCL website: https://www.apeasternpower.com/
- From the “Customer” menu, select the “Complaint Related” option.
- Click “Register a Complaint” to open the complaint form.
- Enter the SCNO (Connection number) and submit it.
- Within the complaint form, provide your Service/Connection Number, the nature of the complaint, the location of the incident (if applicable), and any supporting evidence like copies of bills or documents.
- Submit the form.
Please note down the reference/ticket ID to track the status. If not resolved, you may escalate the complaint to the Internal Grievance Cell at your divisional or sub-divisional offices of APEPDCL.
Escalation to CGRF:
If your complaint is unresolved, escalate it to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF) of APEPDCL at your zonal office. You can download the grievance form or write a letter to the CGRF Forum. You can submit your grievance in person, via post, email, or fax to the zonal Forum or headquarters.

Approaching the Electricity Ombudsman
If your complaints are still not resolved by the CGRF Forum and internal grievance cells at regional offices, file a complaint with the Electricity Ombudsman of Andhra Pradesh within 30 days of the final response from the CGRF.
Tips: Please note that filing an appeal with the Ombudsman is free of charge. Remember to include all necessary details and reference IDs of previously lodged complaints when escalating your case.
