File an Online Complaint:

  • Visit the consumer portal of Torrent Power: https://connect.torrentpower.com/
  • Select your location.
  • Login with the service number or register yourself.
  • Select “Register complaint” or “Your Voice” to open the complaint form
  • Fill out the required details in the form.
  • Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference/ticket ID to track status.

Approach Electricity Ombudsman

If the CGRF does not resolve your complaint satisfactorily within the specified timeframe, you can file an appeal with the Electricity Ombudsman of Gujarat. You must submit your representation within 30 days of the CGRF’s final order.
