Appeal to Electricity Ombudsman
If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction, you can approach the Electricity Ombudsman of Uttar Pradesh within 30 days of the final decision of the CGRF.
Remember to follow the escalation process through the “Jansuwai UP (Samadhan)” to the Executive Engineers of the Divisional Offices of DVVNL before approaching the CGRF and the Electricity Ombudsman.
