If your previously lodged complaints are not resolved by the customer care center or divisional offices to your satisfaction within the specified timeframe, escalate it to the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of PuVVNL at the respective Circle or Zonal Offices.

Appeal to Electricity Ombudsman:
If the CGRF does not resolve your complaints to your satisfaction, appeal to the Electricity Ombudsman of Uttar Pradesh within 30 days of the final order from the CGRF Forum or the expiry of the resolution period.
