For delay in transferring your Speed Post from Sector 62 Noida to Alpha Post, contact India Post customer care at 18002666868 or visit the Sector 62 post office with your tracking number. Request immediate forwarding and update in the system.

Steps to File an Online Complaint:

• Visit the official India Post website’s “Complaint Registration (indiapost.gov.in)” page.
• You can also select the “Help & Support” section of the menu.
• Complete all mandatory fields with transaction and complaint details by providing your consignment/ref number, type of service, article number, transaction number, booking office details, and a detailed description of the complaint.
• Upload any relevant documents (up to 500 KB).
• Submit the form.

Finally, note down the reference number for tracking. You can also use the India Post app for postal services. If not resolved, contact the post office in-charge of the respective post office.

If unresolved, lodge a grievance at CCC CEPT portal for action by higher postal authorities.
