You can also submit a written complaint at the transaction post office or Office of Senior Superintendent/Superintendent of Posts Offices.
Steps to File an Online Complaint:
- Visit the official India Post website’s “Complaint Registration (indiapost.gov.in)” page.
- You can also select the “Help & Support” section of the menu.
- Complete all mandatory fields with transaction and complaint details by providing your consignment/ref number, type of service, article number, transaction number, booking office details, and a detailed description of the complaint.
- Upload any relevant documents (up to 500 KB).
- Submit the form.
Finally, note down the reference number for tracking. You can also use the India Post app for postal services. If not resolved, contact the post office in-charge of the respective post office.
Escalate to Chief Postmaster General:
