Take legal and necessary action against the concerned government officials and the villagers involved in the said illegal acts, and further ensure protection to our law

I want to escalate concern with:

The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Paramakudi Range, Ramanathapuram District.
And
The Inspector of Police, Emaneshwaram Police Station, Paramakudi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District.

Hello Sir,

I am a resident of the above-mentioned address and engaged in agricultural work in the said village. my father, Thiru Ayyasamy, My mother, Tmt. Muthu Nachiyaar, and my own brother, Thiru Mani, along with his wife and their two daughters, are residing at Melaykudi, Nadu Tharu, near Muthumari Amman Kovil. Adjacent to our Melaykudi house, in front of my house and behind my residence, there exists a pathway for public use. It is now the intention of certain persons to extend this pathway into our patta land bearing Survey No. 180/2. On the previous day, without issuing any prior notice or making any public announcement, the Village Administrative Officer (VAO), certain tender contractors, and approximately 20 persons from the neighbouring houses assembled in the said area. Using a JCB machine, they uprooted a tamarind tree situated in front of my house and acted in a high-handed and unlawful manner. It appears that certain influential persons residing in the locality, in collusion with the said government officials, have orchestrated this act, thereby making us feel that we have no protection for our property. The government officials have thus acted without any prior intimation or lawful order in forcibly removing the said tree from our property.

Therefore, I most humbly pray that appropriate legal and necessary action may kindly be taken against the concerned government officials and the villagers involved in the said illegal acts, and further ensure protection to our lawful property in Survey No. 180/2.
