My concern is about the entry time in the metro station metro comes on platform at 6:07 Am , but security doesn’t enter us inside after 5:50 . They start there work for checking around 6 am

If you have complaints related to Delhi Metro, please contact the metro helpdesk or lodge your complaint with the customer service of Delhi Metro.. For other metros, you may contact their helpdesk or designated manager at the respective metro station to clarify your doubts about the metro timing.
