To obtain your Transfer Certificate (TC) from Essar College after cancelling your first-year MPC admission due to illness, follow these steps:

1. Send a written application for TC to the principal/registrar, attaching your medical certificate and fee payment proof.
2. If they demand extra fees, request a written fee breakup and the applicable college policy clause.
3. Allow 7 working days; if unresolved, escalate to Kakatiya University’s Controller of Examinations with all correspondence.
4. File an online grievance with the Telangana Higher Education Regulatory Council at https://tgche.ac.in/.
