Subject: Complaint Regarding Denial of NOC and Unjust Fee Demand Despite Discontinuation in Final Year

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am [ganta suresh], a student of B.Tech – civil, with Roll Number [22HN1A0104], from Adarsh College of Engineering, Chebrolu.

I am writing to bring to your notice a serious issue I am currently facing. I have decided to discontinue my studies from Adarsh College in my final year and transfer to another college due to personal/academic reasons. However, the college administration is refusing to issue my No Objection Certificate (NOC), which is essential for my transfer process.

Moreover, they are demanding extra payments such as CRT (Campus Recruitment Training) class fees and final year project fees, even though I am not attending or continuing my education at the college in the final year. This action is causing unnecessary stress and financial burden to me and my family.

I sincerely request the concerned authorities to:

Kindly issue my NOC without further delay.
Waive any unjustified fees being demanded for services I have not availed.
Allow a fair and student-friendly process for those who discontinue or transfer.
I am ready to submit any necessary documents related to my discontinuation or transfer. I hope for a positive and prompt resolution to this issue.

Thanking you.

Yours sincerely,
[ganta suresh]
