You might be the victim of financial fraud or cyber scams by Beyond Spark overseas. It’s concerning that you can’t reach Beyond Spark staff and that they’re not responding to your attempts to contact them after you paid ₹70,000 for a Canada Job visa application.

Here’s what you can do to report this scam:

  • Cyber Police: Call 1930 or use the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal to report the incident to cyber police. Try to provide transaction details to the police officials to prevent your lost money.
  • Local Police Station: You should also file a police complaint at your local police station or in Noida.
  • CCTNS Citizen Portal: You can also lodge a complaint or e-FIR through the CCTNS Citizen portal of Uttar Pradesh to report this ongoing scam by Beyond Spark.

Try to provide all communication with Beyond Spark (emails, messages, screenshots) and any documentation related to your payment to the police officials. If possible, provide copies of the application materials you submitted.
